In a nation where open ministry is restricted and the gospel often advances quietly, God is moving in powerful ways.Men and women of God crossed rivers, mountains, and borders to be part of this three-day training. Some rode their motorbikes for hours through remote mountain roads, while others took boats across the Mekong River from the Golden Triangle region — all driven by one passion: to know Jesus more and make Him known in their nation.

🌿 A Movement in the Making

This gathering marked a new and historic chapter for KMI-Laos. For the first time, pastors, young leaders, and disciple-makers from across the country came together under one vision — to be equipped and sent out as light-bearers in one of the most spiritually closed nations in Southeast Asia.

Equipped to Multiply Disciples

Pastor Danny (KMI Chairman) led powerful sessions on Discipleship and the Bible Discovery Method, teaching simple yet life-changing tools that help believers multiply disciples in small groups, homes, and villages. The hunger for God’s Word was overwhelming — leaders soaked up every moment, ready to take these lessons back to their people.

Leadership That Pleases God

Pastor Kris shared an anointed message on the Leadership of King David — calling every participant to lead with humility, courage, and a heart after God. Many were deeply moved, realizing that effective leadership begins with surrender and obedience to the Lord, even in the face of challenges.

Healing for the Heart

In sessions on Trauma and Healing, led by Ajarn Gochin and Karman, hearts were mended and lives were touched. Leaders opened up about pain, persecution, and the hardships they face serving Jesus in remote and hostile areas. Tears flowed as the Holy Spirit brought comfort, healing, and renewed strength.

Sent to Shine

At the close of the training, 20 pastors and young leaders graduated and were anointed for ministry. With oil poured on their heads and prayers lifted over them, they were sent out to carry the light of Christ back to their towns and villages.

Their testimonies were powerful — stories of bold faith, quiet perseverance, and miracles happening even in the darkest corners of Laos. They are the true heroes of the faith — the carriers of the Gospel flame in a nation hungry for hope.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5

Pray and Partner for Laos

Please continue to pray for Laos — for protection, boldness, and open doors for the Gospel. As KMI continues to build relationships, strengthen connections, and plan more frequent trainings, we invite you to sow seeds into this growing mission field.

Every prayer, every gift, and every act of partnership helps us empower these leaders to reach their nation — one village, one heart, one life at a time.
